CALL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
The CMS Lite Call Management Software is a simple way to manage all data from your Intercall 600 or Intercall 700 system.
It allows you to record and store all Intercall system activity on your personal computer, which can be printed out at a later date for use in resident care assessment forms. Giving you immediate access to information, it is easy to access the call history of a resident, keeping you in charge of your home. The call management software can also be used to connect staff pagers.

Staff can be kept in touch with calling residents and specific members of staff can be alerted to specific events. Free text messages can be typed directly from the PC and sent to selected pagers around the building.
All of our Intercall nurse care systems are supported by our Call Management Software (CMS) which allows you to record and store all calls made. Text pagers messages can be sent instantly to the appropriate member of staff and chosen personnel can be directed to attend incidents.
