Utilising advanced digital techniques the APN-1 Apnoea monitor is designed to monitor breathing patterns but ignore unwanted movements such as the heartbeat.

Each breath is indicated by the APN-1 Apnoea monitor with a flashing green light.

Should breathing cease for more than 20 seconds the local alarm will sound.

The control box is placed on the bedside table, with the sensor pad being placed under the mattress. For best performance the monitor should be used with a foam type mattress.
