Alert Options
The alarm will receive information from either passive or active triggers. the type of alarm system which is triggered will depend on the particular care set up for the user. In some cases, an interface will be required for the trigger and alarm to communicate with one another. This should be discussed with a member of our technical staff.

A pager is carried by the carer and will sound/vibrate when it receives a signal from a passive or active transmitter. It allows the carer to prioritise their response because they will know which user is calling and that the call may be urgent. More info on pagers...

SRX-DD DIGITAL DIALLER (to mobile, landline or central station)
In case of an emergency, the SRX-DD automatically calls your pre-programmed emergency contacts until it reaches a live person. A pre-recorded message alerts the person who answers the call that an emergency exists. |
